We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable janitor with basic handy man skills.

We require candidates to have experience as a Janitor and proficiency in operating a golf cart, floor scrubbers, hand tools, and managing large quantities of supplies. Experience in cleaning restrooms and excellent customer service skills are essential for joining our team. As a Janitor Worker, your responsibility will include maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers. Basic handyman/maintenance experience is also required.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas such as parking lots and sidewalks.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Perform minor repairs to plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, and lighting.
• Fix or replace doors, windows, and locks.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks to ensure the facility's safety and functionality.
• Assist with setting up and moving office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Background check clearance required.
